Spinathon 2023

February 18, 2023 @ 12:00 pm - February 19, 2023 @ 12:00 pm

For 24 hours from 12pm Saturday 18th February the annual Albany Community Hospice Spinathon begins! Cyclists will be taking on the challenge of keeping stationary bikes spinning on the grass at the front of Haz Beans for a whole 24 hours. This year’s Spinathon, we are aiming to raise $24,000 – $1000 for every hour that the bikes are spinning.

Cyclists can join as part of a team or as an individual, they don’t need to cycle for the whole 24-hours although a few people do!! Cyclists then seek sponsorship from friends, family, colleagues, the community at large.

All funds raised go towards ensuring that palliative care can be provided at no cost to the guest.
