Welcome to our 2024 ‘Help Us Fund the Gap – One Night at a Time’ campaign!

At Albany Community Hospice we are dedicated to providing free, compassionate palliative and end-of -life care to all members of our community, regardless of their financial situation. However, we need your help to bridge the funding gap.

Currently, the funds received from government funding and private health insurers only covers 79% of the actual cost to care for one person per night at our hospice. This means we face a gap of $288 per patient each night. But with your generous support, we can cover the gap for 365 nights and ensure that every person receives the compassionate end-of-life care they deserve.
