About: Grief is a natural and unavoidable part of life, but planning and preparing for the grieving process can make a significant difference in how we navigate our emotions and find healing. Join us for an information session dedicated to exploring effective strategies and empowering tools for planning to grieve well. This session aims to provide guidance, support, and practical insights to help individuals embrace their grief and embark on a journey of healing and growth. Session highlights include:

  1. Understanding the Grieving Process: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the stages and facets of the grieving process, acknowledging its unique nature for each individual.
  2. Developing Coping Mechanisms: Learn practical techniques and coping strategies to navigate the complex emotions associated with grief, including self-care practices, emotional expression, and establishing a support system.
