It gives me great pleasure to present the Albany Community Hospice 2022-2025 Strategic Plan ‘Building on Excellence’.
It was vitally important to the Hospice Board that the development of a new strategic plan incorporated the thoughts and ideas of all those who interact with Hospice, whether that be as an employee or volunteer, a service provider or service user.
On behalf of the Board of Management, I would like to thank all those who completed a survey, joined an information gathering session and attended the formal planning day. I would also like to acknowledge and thank Christine Grogan, who ably and professionally facilitated the strategic planning process.
The ideas shared assisted the Board to develop an exciting strategic plan which will guide the Hospice over the next three years to continue to build on the excellence that we continuously strive for in providing palliative care and end-of life choices to the Albany community and surrounds.
